Mr Shiz

Shiz has been an artist since he was a kid. He graduated from an art college in France (George Sand), then moved to London in 1998.

In 2006 he started working as a freelance artist under the alias “Shiz” and designed some T-shirts and sold them in Portobello market, London. He soon realised that customers were more interested in custom painting than just clothes. So he learned how to do airbrushing, graffiti art, body painting and other ways to spray the paint as opposed  to painting with a brush.

Since Portobello he has worked with other famous Airbrush artists and graffiti artists in London, and met some of the best in the airbrushing world, who inspired him to always progress and be a better artist. Shiz works mainly by himself, but also with other artists depending on the commission from trompe l’oeil artists to graffiti artists. Shiz is always looking for new ways to paint and to evolve…

Bonzai

Bonzai first got into graffiti in the mid 80?s while hip-hop was becoming popular in the UK. He was born on the South coast and, after painting in the same city for some time, he decided that if he wanted to get noticed on the scene he needed to move to London. Since living in the capital, Bonzai’s work has been exhibited in solo shows as well as various group shows, and on top of this he regularly gets commissioned to produce quality work for well known companies. Bonzai has been interviewed for French magazine ‘Graffbombz’ as well as the world’s largest selling graffiti publication ‘Graphotism’.
